Ah listen to me i answered to another guy with same car and question. go to this site here and will give you tons of stuff but buy these: a Cold Air Intake, Borla Exhaust, and Performance Headers. These will give you up to about 100HP, and if you got the 6-7k money get the Magna supercharger to give you loads of power and be able to take on Z06 Corvettes. but if not get those parts the should give ur GTO way more power. and if you can get a Performance Chip that can get ur GTO to go up to its max 200MPH, since right now your probably limited to like 150 or 160MPH. all that can help you out alot oh and ,make sure your tires can handle up to 200MPH. hope i helped
